Join me for a 2 hour Heels Workshop. ♡
The workshop will consist of 1h technique and 1h choreography.
Technique exercises will be beginner friendly: they are short and simple and the main goal is to help you at the start of your Heels journey.
Choreography will be based on the Heels technique exercises and we will take time to learn it in small sections and with lots of repetitions. ♡
The goal of this workshops is to give you space to work on the basics and gain confident and basic level knowledge in Heels dancing.
We will focus on posture, balance, and walks.

Want to learn the basics of Heels dancing in a warm and supportive environment?
This workshop is for you who has some experience in dance but is still at the beginner level.
To gain confidence in something comes from the understanding for foundational techniques - and this workshop is all about that!
To ensure that everyone is on board we will take everything step-by-step: focusing on one element at a time!
